- For in-house warranty units: 7 days replacement period for factory defective units & 1 yr. SERVICE warranty only, from date of purchase.
- For official warranty units: No replacement period, all servicing units must be directed to respective official service centers.
- Batteries and other consumable accessories are only covered by the 7 days replacement period, NO service warranty after 7 days.
- No warranty on any software related problem.
- No warranty for 9 (nine) dead pixels and below. For 10 (ten) dead pixels or above will be replaced if returned within 3 days from date of purchase.
Main Conditions for Game Console(see complete warranty details)
- 7 days warranty for Parts & Services.
- 12 mos. SERVICE warranty for PSP, PS2, Wii, & Game Boy; and 6 mos. SERVICE warranty for PS3, Xbox and other new gameconsoles.
- Batteries and other consumable accessories are only covered by the 7 days replacement period, NO service warranty after 7 days.
- No warranty on dead pixels.
- No replacement period for any Game Console.

WARRANTY DETAILS
Terms for units with 7 days guarantee.
- Items with 7 days gurantee will be replaced within the period, only if a FACTORY DEFECT occur.
- The 7 days replacement should meet the ff. conditions: (i) The merchandise is in its original physical condition, with complete accessories and packing materials; (ii) The unit has no physical damage nor been wet; (iii) LGGS Trading issued receipt should be presented.
- NO WARRANTY ON ANY SOFTWARE ON ANY UNIT.
- If LGGS Trading does not have an equal replacement for the defective item, we will offer an alternative replacement at Buyer's approval.
- We do not allow replacement of higher value units and We do not allow cash refunds unless the item is really defective and there's no other possible item alternative for replacement (Subject for approval)
- All replacement claims are subject for approval and thorough investigation of the returned unit
- Tampered warranty seal, sticker, serial number; or Receipt, Sales Invoice or Warranty proof has been defaced or modified, Shall automatically VOID the replacement guarantee and all warranty rights.
LIMITED WARRANTY
- NO WARRANTY ON ANY SOFTWARE PROBLEMS ON ANY UNIT.
- Items for repair will be sent to respective authorized Service Centers unless stated otherwise.
- Consumable items such as batteries, supplement accessories and other consumable items does not carry any warranty.
- LGGS Trading issued receipt will serve as your proof of warranty/purchase. Keep the receipt and present it when necessary within the warranty period for any repair services
- Any of the following circumstances shall render the warranty invalid: (i) Damage or defects resulting from mishandling or incorrect use of the product; or (ii) misuse, including (but not limited to) failure to use the Equipment for its normal purpose in accordance with each manufacturer’s instructions on its proper use and maintenance; or (iii) improper operation or maintenance of the Equipment; or (iv) connection to improper power supply; or (v) attempted repair by anyone other than a properly authorized service agent; or (vi) use of the Equipment in conjunction with third party accessories, products or ancillary peripheral equipment ; or (vii) Tampered warranty seal, sticker, serial number; or (viii) Receipt, Sales Invoice or Warranty proof has been defaced or modified.
- LGGS Trading sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product. Any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage of data or any kind incurred or suffered by the customer due to a defect in the product. In particular, any loss or damage caused to any film, lenses or record media used with product or far any loss resulting from delay in repair, is excluded.
- Replacement of defective items after 7 days will be replaced at discretion by the main distributor or manufacturer.
All REPAIRING or REPAIRED units must delivered or pick-up to LGGS Trading main office or at agreed location.
Additional Warranty Terms for Provincial Customers:
- Buyer will send back the repairing item, at any courier at Buyer's cost to LGGS Trading office.
- Fax or email us the issued receipt, we will not process repair if we don’t receive a copy our issued receipt.
- Once the service center give us a feedback on the status of the unit like fees charges (if applied) and guarantees, we will inform the customer all about it.
- If payment applies, the customer should settle it thru Bank to Bank Transfer or thru online Credit Card payment, contact us for further details.
