Q : What are the payment options?

A : Good news! to give our customers more options and convenience, we now accept credit card payments from major credit card companies shown below.  So aside from COD & Bank Deposits (we now also have PNB account for your bank deposit payments) Customer can now pay thru their credit cards.  Process can be made either here in our office or we can send a payment notification thru email with easy to follow steps and guides.

Q. Why do you still charge 6% for Credit Card Transcation? Isn't there any laws about this?

A. As you can see, we offer our products a lot lower than other stores and in Malls. These shops can afford to free the surcharges since their SRP does includes tax, sales mark-up, expenses and allowances for surcharges etc.. whether or not a customer pay thru credit card they will still pay those extra amounts. For our price, we only include tax since this is the one mandatory. Credit Card payment is just an alternative payment we offer for our customers. Thus, in our own point of view, it will be more unfair if we'll also include surcharges and unnecessary fees even for CASH buyers. 

This 6% surcharge actually just the basic percentage that the host bank was imposing. They also have 10% tax and a rental fee of P 1,650/mo. for the terminal machine that they provide us if we don’t reach certain quota in a month.
Now, we are obliged to pay those extra charges thru our own income.

In any case, paying us thru card with the 6% charge in any of our products is still cheaper and you’ll be saving more than buying in other store and in Malls. Since we started accepting credit card payment we also offered part-cash part-card payment to further lessen the burden from our card paying customers, wherein we’ll compute the amount from the Cash price, deduct the cash payment and for what amount left for Card payment will only be the amount opted for the 6% surcharge.

As we’ve said, this Credit Card facility is just an OPTION we give for our customers. We don’t earn extra from this and we don’t intend to violate any laws in relation to this matter.

 

Q : Why is your price cheaper than in malls and other stores?

A : Our items esp. our Digicams are way cheaper than in malls & other stores because we buy them in bulk. We have a sister company which legally distributes these items here in the Philippines. All our items are not smuggled or stolen from anywhere or anybody. Though, some units were directly imported abroad (either Japan or US) but the warranty still caters here in the Philippines.

 

Q : How can we avail the warranty of the products?

A : Almost all of our products have their own Manufacturers' warranty, however if incase the unit breaks down you must bring it in our office immidiately, bearing the receipt we issued, and we'll be the one to coordinate with the respective Manufacturer's Offices and their authorized service centers. Q. Do you also offer 7 Days testing period?

A. Yes, we offer 7 days testing period. All units, except for Game Consoles, that are proven to occur Factory defects within 7 days will be replaced with a new one. We even accept Factory defective unit for replacement even after 7 days on case to case basis and as long as the unit really encounters Factory defects and Manufacturer recall.

Game Consoles only have 1 year Service Warranty

 

Q. Do you issue Original Receipt?

A. Yes we issue Original Receipt, our company have a complete and valid license and registration from respective government agencies.

 

Q : Do you have a physical store?

A : We don't have a physical store as of now. A physical store is really not our priority as of this moment since we want to establish our clients(see our customer feedback) first by offering them our products at a very low price. However, the LGGS management is open with this idea and doing a vigorous research on how we can possibly put up a physical store at the same time maintain our very low prices.

 

Q. How long do I have to wait after I confirmed my order?

A. If ordered are made before 4pm, they can get the item that same day. Orders made after 4pm, will be processed the next day.
Though sometimes, on a case-to-case basis, we can still entertain orders even after 4pm.

 

Q. How do I get the item? Do you deliver?

A. There are several options on how you can get your order:
[option 1] Pick-up the items in our office here in Mandaluyong. Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you the exact details including the sketch on how to get here. 
[option 2] We deliver confirmed orders w/n Mandaluyong, San Juan, Makati, and nearby areas for FREE! (contact us to confirm if your area is covered by our free delivery)
[option 3] If your area is not covered by our free delivery, we can meet half-way, preferably in Malls, Train stations, Restaurants, Coffee shop or any accesible public place but still safe to do the transaction of item testing and payment.
[option 4] We can ship your orders thru a courier, most of the time we ship orders anywhere in the Philippines thru LBC, but if you prefer other couriers like Air21, 2GO, Surex etc... just let us know.

 

Q. Do you still give discounts?

A. Yes we do give discounts in some instances like bulk orders (3 or more items), packaged items, and some products that can still be stretched or lowered upto a specific amount. Contact us for your "tawad" and we'll see what we can do. We would like to clarify that we could give discount on some units only, there are no definite line of units/models as to where we can give more discount. Discount can vary depending on its marketabilty, stock and if we also bought it at a lower amount..
